Can I book before my moving date is confirmed?+

Yes. Choose an approximate date and mark it as flexible. We’ll confirm the schedule before taking the booking live.

Can you pack and dismantle furniture?+

Yes. You can add fragile-only or full packing, boxes, furniture dismantling and reassembly in the form.

What if I cannot list every item?+

Give us your best estimate and use the notes for anything unusual. Larger moves can be confirmed after a video or in-person survey.

Can I pay a deposit?+

You can indicate a preference to pay a deposit or pay in full. This preview does not collect payment; Primeford will confirm the final amount and payment method in writing.

What if I need to change or cancel?+

For a confirmed domestic move, contact us at least 48 hours before the agreed start time to change the date or cancel without a charge. Later charges are limited to reasonable, evidenced direct losses. Preview requests can be withdrawn without charge. See Policies & legal for details.

Do you move offices and single items?+

Yes. Office moves, furniture delivery, collections and man-and-van jobs all have dedicated options in the same booking form.
